What I suggested in my previous post of course applies to giving LW clearance in the firewall, however also specifically the anti-spyware program that is included in the CA package. It was previously a privately run program called Pestpatrol. As you can see from here CA Anti-Spyware - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, CA bought the software & now release it as a part of their security package. Just search the word Pestpatrol on the forum search engine to see what damage it does to LW.
