Under Apple icon top left of screen is a menu. At top of menu is About this mac. That will tell you all the hardware specifics. But that will not affect issue at moment.

no.10, showing nothing at all is a concern. Means the default port for connecting with LW is blocked. It should say, Your Test Worked!

If you can, try to find out more about your modem/router. The Brand name .. also the model number. This 'might' be the problem with using LW. I'm not sure your ISP would be blocking the default connection port but might be. Otherwise it's something else in your set up that is blocking, possibly your modem/router.

Another tool to try is http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and you can type in any port your LW is using. For example, this can be helpful to test to make sure port forwarding has worked and the port is open.
