Sorry but there is no such thing as a life-time Pro. If you ever saw the words "Lifetime" then you obviously accidentally purchased LW from a Scam site (click on link) .

Check your original payment record (CC receipt, etc.), see which company you paid for the so-called lifetime Pro.
