Yes UKbobboy01 is correct. Wherever the download location is pointing, the incomplete folder will follow. If you split download types (categories) into different locations, the incomplete folder follows the audio downloads. So change the drive location of where Downloads go to. The old incompletes will still remain on the old location until they are completed however from memory.
ie: LW's menu bar -> Tools -> Options -> Transfers.
