Thanks for your reply because ive never used torrents before ive always used things like LW etc and never had a real prob untill yesterday. i still have no idea what torrents really are lol but ive been googling trying to learn stuff. Im downloading the maleware thing you suggested atm and yeh, i have noticed spybot is outdated. i think i read the last update was in 2008 or something? i just finished installing utorrent so i will definatly try that for everything now. do you think i should delete limewire and emule? ive never had any probs with emule but id prefer to be safe than sorry so if utorrent is better than emule and limewire ill defo delete them.
