The chance is low during a Phex session.
There are bugs with resuming a download over two or more Phex sessions.
These bugs are fixed with the next release that will be available in a couple of days.

You will be able to manually add download candidates using the search and to remove candidates shortly before, soon after or in the final 0.7 release
