Try these fixes: If LW 4 Will Not Connect (click on the blue link), and if they don't work, post back your connection details.
(That's an old Mac G4, but should still work fine with LW 4.)

As for LW version, hmm I'd probably recommend LW 4.16 instead, however try the above steps first.
