I'm guessing you are using Vista or Windows 7? Or are you using DOS or Unix or ...

You might be best to reinstall LW. ie: Go to Start menu -> All Programs -> LW -> Uninstall.
Then reinstall with both the installer and the app set to run as Admin.
Can also check permissions of the LW folders you are downloading to from LW, both the LW download folder and incomplete folder.
