Hi, I hope I am not posting something that has already been answered a million times..
I did look over as much of the "Check Here First" section (which is nicely done I might add)but with no luck...
OK I want to be a good citizen of Gnutella so I share (or have in the appropriate folders TO share) many many files.. I even allow those pesky little freeloaders... cause hey, we all had to start somewhere
The problem is that it seems that in the last 2 days no one is grabbing files from me..I can grab files as usual and prior to a couple days ago I had 5 or 6 people at a time grabbing mp3s progs etc..
I DO run a firewall but not on the ports relating to Gnutella (I also experimented by shutting down the firewall for about 8 hours and still no sharing) so it would appear that thats not the problem.. I have checked out everything I could find to try to isolate the problem but I am coming up with no possible answers.
I have a massive connection, a powerful platform and no internal system problems... So I am frustrated..
I LOVE the Gnutella system and wan't to help it grow by sharing but I need help
to find out why I have become a involuntary freeloader...
Thank you and I appreciate all of the GREAT stuff you folks are doing to make this system as awesome as it is
Thank you Gnutella Nut 2002!
