Most effective way might be to delete your LW preferences whilst LW is closed, however you will need to backup your Downloads.dat file first; Deleting LW Preferences folder in OSX. LW must be closed when you return the downloads.dat file to the prefs folder. It may be annoying redoing all the settings again, so make a note of the most important ones.
