Judging by your other post, you speak English as well. If the movie you downloaded was a single .avi file, then the Chinese subtitles are hardcoded into the file and cannot be removed.

As for getting Dutch subtitles for your movie, try a site like e.g. http://www.subscene.com but there are many other sites like it as well. If not there, then google might be of help.
