Hi There thank you for your reply this is my system info
Windows Vista Home service pack 2
HP 62345n Quad CPU Q6600 @2.40GHZ 4GB Ram 32bit system.
Lightscribe DVD Super Multi drive/ CD writer HL-DT-ST-DVD-RW-GSA-H60L-ATA device. I have tried burning audo files with my CD and they seem to be fine. I think that I have all the up to date codexes and such but I'm new to this so maybe not? Any help would be appreciated.
