I have had the experience of LW installing in an odd way, giving permissions to the system & not to the user (even as admin). However this was an issue in some earlier versions I haven't seen for a couple years from memory. One way to overcome this is to make the installer with your permissions in same way as I suggested above (before you install obviously.) I have permission issues when installing into a different account after downloading in my main account on same computer. So I change permissions of installer to be sure no such issues.
