When I said that I can't re-install I meant to say that there is no way within the Acquisition page on the net that allows you to install without re-purchasing the whole package again. I have tried e-mailing their feedback address, but as always (have tried before) I never get a reply. When I first purchased FEb2009, I paid for a lifetime of upgrades, all was working until a couple of months ago and the suddenly I could not get any downloads at all. But I am in a pickle as to how to re-install without having to buy again. Somehow I kept the activate code e-mail but not the one with the route to take to where I put the code.
