I'm having the same problem. No main window. It disappeared while I was trying to resize it and now I can't get it back. I've tried deleting the program and reinstalling but my preferences persist through reinstalls so I think the problem is there. I can't find the preference info however. Could someone please leave instructions for deleting all preferences from Mac OS X??
