Worth a try. The main improvement in 5.6 beta from memory was re: torrents but there may have been other ones also.

Sorry but I never downloaded the LW 5.5.10 pro OSX version unfortunately. Nor did I download the pro version of 5.6.1
I have earlier pro versions of course. 5.5.6, & earlier.
