Try LW 4.16.7 from here request download ticket | ifile.it. Choose the Request Download Ticket, then on next page choose Download button in same location on page. This version might connect better for you.

I was a lover of 4.16.6 but was getting frustrated recently with it not connecting but that might be related to the system it was on.
