Sorry for the late reply i tried all the possibilities from allow through the firewall to setting ports then my hard drive goes out it was not my lucky day. Wait for payday and get a new one i'm using my brothers laptop for this week then i get my hp back to working but the connection test mention firewall and ports so i check my westell c90-610030-60 modem added the ports to allow and did the same to systemsuite firewall settings and windows firewall was not on and i did the ipaddress ping test and i was behing a lan router and logged in and change those ports to allow and after all that no connection and later on the hard drive failer alarm on systemsuite flashes hard drive crash imminent back up immediately. so wait for payday and a new hard drive and a clickfree or hp simple save backup drive a month later.
