All of the following download links should work fine http://www.gnutellaforums.com/gettin...e-edition.html. If using Windows 7 or Vista, Right-click the installer & choose to Run as Administrator. This should also be done with the Java installer.

Also, if using Windows, you might be interested in using File_Girl's version of LPE - http://www.gnutellaforums.com/gettin...tml#post359817. She gives a description of what improvements she made.
The AVG no longer works in any version of LW anyway now, though it did for a short period of time with the original LPE release.
