I had someone from Kuwait downloading from me recently. A video (non-copyright.) I've previously had people from Iraq & Afghanistan download from me in years past. I guess boredom in their time off gets to them. lol Though in this case may have been a Kuwaiti citizen or someone working over there, military or business reasons.

It made me wonder, now is this a Kuwaiti citizen or the Hizabolleh or .. lol jk
