I don't blacklist freeloaders. For my own personal use I may temporarily ban some hosts whom annoy me because they are greedy and are freeloaders. lol My upload slots tend to be quite busy, so having someone try to take them all for many videos when others are trying to download a single video or several music files, then I try to protect the less greedy ones.
