You could always put the word(s) french or/and france into your keyword filters. That might filter out a few at least. But remove those words from the keyword filter if you are deliberately searching for anything with those words in their titles.

Sometimes putting eng or english at the end of the search term might help bring what you are after. For example, Donald Duck english
