You can simply add an exception for the executable file (Shareaza.exe) and the port you're using (usually 6346) on TCP and UDP, just like you did on WinXP before. The interface has changed somehow though. You'll find what you need via: Start >> Control Panel >> Windows Firewall >> Allow a Program or Feature threw Windows Firewall
