(Not an answer to your problem!) Yes it is quite easy with Vuse. I move both the torrent & data files quite often to different drives & sub-folders that relate to the topic of the torrent. Vuse even gives the option of creating a sub-folder during the moving phase. Sometimes I move torrents due to disk space lol. (I don't like seeing drives more than 80% full.) I keep private & public torrents totally separate. I use Transmission for private torrents which gives an option to download specific torrent site torrents to separate folders & list them separately in the program (different panes labelled with the site name) & color coded. When I add a torrent, Transmission automatically knows which torrent site it is & acts accordingly.
