If I remember correctly, DC had that ability. But I don't think it exists within the Gnutella protocol.

client side queuing' was ever incorporated either. Doesn't sound like it, despite devs considering it for several years.
(I'm not sure when LW 4.0 came out but must have been around late 2003 or early 2004. Looks like for 6 years the ability was never added.)
