Almost 2 weeks ago I was using Phex as an ultrapeer & noticed lots of Foxys and what were probably clones (Mxie) bouncing off the connection window. I'm wondering if this is one contributory factor for the Taiwan, Chinese & Hong Kong high ping count when using the gnutella network. I saw a continual flow of Foxy & related programs hopping on & off the bottom of the connection window.

I wonder did Phex take any similar action to stop Foxy's behavour on the gnutella network? (Booting from the gnutella network?)
