If the network is stressed or you cant find a
good node you can connect to, you are disconnected
and so cant download.

To avoid this problem try to add some more hostcaches
and router:
Go to options and add some hosts:
connect1.bearshare.com
and so on...
If you search the forum I am sure you will find some more
hosts to quickconnect.
