I'm back on full internet connection (at least for now), so I'm wondering how you went with this?
I had not used the Background Eraser Tool since I first tested out CS5 because it was a new tool for this version. I personally generally preferred using other methods, with exceptions. It's been 3-4 years since I last used this tool for anything substantial.
