I had the same problem. Found a site that has a patch that should take care of your problem, it did mine. Go to www.copperhead.cc it's a site that specializes in satellite connections. They have a patch for the satellite software that is directed at the problem. There is also some info about speeding up you connection and othe downloads. Hope this helps.
