I have some questions about ultrapeers.

First, no matter how many connections I have permitted, my Gnucleus will connect to 3 ultrapeers, and that was it. Is there any way I can influence to how many ultrapeers I connect, and why, as it seems, no normal nodes connect to me any longer? As my bandwidth is ok (DSL), I would like to let normal nodes connect as well.

Second, what does 'efficiency' mean?
