I don't have Windows 10 so cannot check for this. But chances are the settings have changed as you previously experienced. Open up the program's preference settings & see if there is setting that applies to your issue.
For example, there might be a setting that sets to open images by default instead of videos.
Often (for many programs) when you get the pop-up menu to choose directory, it will also have a drop-down menu with file-types to look for. This might be the reason.
Else, the default opening directory has changed and you are looking in the wrong directory but the directory has a similar name. |
