I have followed Directions to Update New SKINS in Frost Wire, they are in the Proper sub-directory, I have used the %file% command and STILL they will not Load. Running Windows 7 on last 32-bit update. There is NO View> Skin ... command on My Frostwire software.... Please Help, Think cosmic !!
