How to print in portrait mode a text in a received email that is truncated in every line on the right side of the page?

Have tried the following method, but unfortunately it does not always work:-

1. Highlight the truncated text
2. Copy it to WORD
3. Hit the Ctrl + P buttons on the keyboard
4. Use the printer as usual to get a decent copy in portrait (NOT LANDSCAPE)
mode.
