No. You will have to use and external player to manage playlists. There are many available.
I'd also advise you to try some other servents. Gnucleus is a good one. Limewire is good, so is Gnotella and Phex. Gnucleus and Phex are open source and you don't have to worry about the spyware issue that has plagued Bearshare. You also won't be supporting commercial developers who don't have the best interest of the gnutella network at heart.
