I do not know exactly what you have in mind for this poll, but if it is related to other discussions about 'foreign' language forums, than espaņol must be the first choice for development.
There is little other choice. You only need to examine the true statistics about internet use and the basic facts about the dominant languages on earth. 'Spanish' is without any question the
second language of this planet.
