Do a search for the file, being as exact as you can. Make sure that "grouped" is unchecked in the search window. If you get a hit, try to download the file with the **exact** name as the one in your library. Pay attention to spaces, hypens, spelling, and capitalization. If you leave the "requery" in your download box, then it may start downloading the same file with a different name.
