Q. I installed XoloX, but it freezes at startup or doesn't function properly?
A. If you had a previous version of XoloX installed make sure you un-install it first. Additionally it is recommended that you delete the XoloX registry key if you are having these problems when upgrading from one version to the next.
To do this go to Start > Run > Type in 'regedit' at the prompt and hit return to enter the Windows Registry editor.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software and find the 'XoloX' Key. Right click on the XoloX key and 'delete' it. Now re-install. |
