Don't shout! If you are using windows, you will have to open the explorer, - go to c:\program files\limewire and delete the gnutella.net file.

download a new gnutella.net file from here:
ftp://whitedragon.dyndns.org/gnutella.net and copy it into your LimeWire folder.
