I can't believe that noone has anything to say about this subject. Since I originally posted it, I've waited a few days, registered for the forums, and voila! no replies.
I'll take the resounding silence as a negative in regards to my posting, and I'll avoid the .NET download being referenced from the Swapper mainpage, and thusly I'll avoid using Swapper until Windows XP service pack 1 comes out, as it'll contain the .NET framework.
