When is this stupid search thing going to get fixed. I want to scroll down the list by holding my mouse on the down arrow. But the damn thing bounces up and down so that when I click on what was once the down arrow instead I am clicking inside the scroll bar so that the damn thing jumps a page rather than move down a line. C'mon folks this is stupid. Fix it.
