I have 192mb RAM. Would you know where I can obtain the Apple Hardware Test? I've searched apple's knowledgebase looking for the download link before, without success.

I've run Drive 10 from it's CD. It has only discovered minor volume structure errors on my internal HD, and nothing else. That's the only utility I have (I think) for OS X.
