Check whether you have a firewall or a proxy.
University, school or companies usually have.
If they have blocked the gnutella port (6346)
you cant do much about it. Maybe you can
try to connect on another port.

If this doesnt work, go to options and
look whether router.limewire.com is on the quickconnect
list.
