Hello!
Maybe Audion has utilized some un used space on your HD as a scratch disk for a project that you was working on that can count for the extra data. But just to make sure do not trash it yet instead look into each and every file ascociated with it and do a File Show info memory command on all of them to see if you can find the big file in question. If not then use Disk First Aid to check for directory damage on your HD and also use Tech Tool lite to delete desktop file and zap PRAM.And also you could use Sherlock to check for any potentional hidden files that can count for the extra space. And ofcourse you should check that you do not have any other files in the trash.
