Why are my upload speeds faster than my download speeds? I read the FAQ. I'm a t-3 connecting to other t-3s, why are my download speeds only around 5 or 6 kb/s (if at all that good)? Even if someone limits their upload speed to 25% it still doesn't mesh. I want to go faster. I'm fast, the people I connect with are fast.........aghhhh! This seems to happen with grateful dead tunes. Ummmm.
