If you aren't using the latest version
1.21 then don't even bother posting a bug.
Below are some known issues people may still have and resolutions. Also try reading the FAQ we keep up to date -

Known Errors/Bugs and Solutions - See bottom of this post for what info to include when reporting a bug/problem.
1) get Error message: 'Unhandled exception EConvertError Exception message:''173446 or 10:04:22 p '' is not a valid time call stack' or similar?
A. You will need to change your regional settings in Windows for the display of time.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional Settings > General > 'Time' Tab. (in wXP click on the 'customize' button)
Make sure the AM and PM symbols are set to AM / PM and NOT a.m./p.m or anything other then AM/PM. If you already have the regional setting to English / U.S. this is likely not needed.
2). I installed XoloX, but it freezes at startup or doesn't function properly ?
A1. Update to the latest version 1.21.
A2. CursorXP and other 3rd party Cursor Pointers are known to cause XoloX to crash, if this is the case Uninstall CursorXP and your problems should be solved.
4) "SocketDataAvailable" errors
A. Try setting setting your local IP and port XoloX should use in Tools > Preferences > Network Tab - Advanced button. Then allow permission and/or forwarding through that port.
A2. If using wXP try disabling the wXP internal firewall(or configure it properly).
A3. If using Zone Alarm please also note that a setting of 'Medium' level security for trust zone works well in tests even along with a router; but connecting to the network takes an average 5 times longer to find servants you can connect in relation to having no firewall at all
A4. wME is likely the OS you are using with this error, change to a more stable Windows operating system :P
5). My download hangs on 99% or 100% and is does not seem to finish?
A. XoloX is working on the last segment and a connection may be lost or segment corrupt. A new host is needed and that may take some time. Look at the status of the download (number of hosts in buffer, attempting contact etc.) and you'll notice Xolox is trying. Give it some time to finish. Note: All completed transfers remain showing as 100% done and is not the question being addressed here. If the 'download status' shows as 'finished' then it is complete.
A2. If you an anti-virus such as Norton running disable it while downloading. The reason the file can't complete is because Norton in scanning the partial files won't release them as XoloX attempts to create the single file from the multiple partials.
Feel free to add your input - the more we know about problems you are having in addition to bug reporting , the easier we can remedy them.
When reporting a bug :
- Give as much system info as you can: operating system, ram, cpu speed, etc. including your connection type.
- If you can reproduce the error then how and give as much detail as possible ***
- If you are using a firewall and type of anti-virus.
Any other relavant info.
