If you are using wME, then chances are you will keep getting that error.
If you are using a firewall blocking access , you will keep getting that error.

A. Try setting setting your local IP and port XoloX should use in Tools > Preferences > Network Tab - Advanced button. Then allow permission and/or forwarding through that port.
A2. If using wXP try disabling the wXP internal firewall(or configure it properly).
A3. If using Zone Alarm please also note that a setting of 'Medium' level security for trust zone works well in tests even along with a router; but connecting to the network takes an average 5 times longer to find servants you can connect in relation to having no firewall at all |
