Norton AntiVirus
no firewall, not even the built in firewall

I am having problems with searches, even when trying to search for something as obvious as a Prince mp3, I am having difficulty finding anything. When I do find something and try to download it, the program will crash within a minute of starting the download. I keep getting the same error, which is listed below. This is not fun.
