Forgive me if this is covered in another post, I did read the FAQ and do a search but I don't seem to find this issue covered.
My system and software: iMac flat screen with Mac OS X 10.1.5 + iTunes 2.0.4 + LimeWire Pro 2.4.4
My problem. When LimeWire is running, sharing and downloading and I fire up iTunes, sometimes I loose sound. Both programs appear intact and running. The default mp3 player is set to iTunes and it works fine. This does not happen immediately. I have been running LimeWire, then played around with iTunes while LimeWire was running. Periodically however, the sound loss occurs. From that point forward there is no sound, until reboot. During the silence if you click on a tune in iTunes it will highlight the song, switch to the play indicator but does not play. Any solutions?
