In my opinion, if you do not register yourself, you should not be allowed to post a message. In most bbs and ALL chat rooms you have to register if you want to see or post messenger.
Yes, most of the unregistered guests are very friendly and nice. But, we don’t know if that is the same person that was nasty in one post and nice in an other post is the same person. |
