Perhaps yes, perhaps not... but its better for us to ban one account than doing nothing... and we canīt ban unregistered people...
And I donīt think that many people know how they can hide that we are not able to recodnize them... at least this donīt happen yet, I recodnized them all...
This is again a wild guess, I said only time wil tell us if we are right or not... no wild guesses.
